The process for bid collection and evaluation includes the following steps:

Bid Preparation: Bidders prepare their bids in accordance with the instructions contained in the tender documents.
Bid Submission: Bidders submit their bids to the procuring entity before the specified deadline.
Bid Opening: Bids are opened publicly in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The procuring entity evaluates the bids based on the predetermined evaluation criteria.
