  • Sofía City Project in Colombia: Envisioned as a 600-hectare mixed-use development, Sofía City will combine residential, commercial, and recreational spaces, fostering a vibrant and sustainable urban community. The project is valued at US$10 billion and is expected to be completed in 2030.

  • Acueducto del Río Colorado in Mexico: This 1,200-kilometer aqueduct will supply water to the cities of Tijuana and Ensenada, addressing water scarcity and ensuring water security for the region. The project is estimated to cost US$5 billion and is slated for completion in 2028.

  • Hospital del Niño in Peru: This 400-bed children's hospital, with a budget of US$200 million, will provide specialized pediatric care to the Peruvian population, improving child health outcomes. The project is expected to be completed in 2024.

  • Instituto Nacional de Cancerología in Colombia: Dedicated to cancer treatment and research, this 300-bed cancer hospital will enhance cancer care services in Colombia. The project is valued at US$150 million and is expected to be completed in 2025.

Public Investment Projects

  • Línea de Alta Velocidad Bogotá-Medellín in Colombia: This 500-kilometer high-speed rail line, with a budget of US$20 billion, will revolutionize transportation between Bogotá and Medellín, reducing travel times and promoting economic development along the corridor. The project is expected to be completed in 2030.

  • Transmetro de Santiago in Chile: This 100-kilometer bus rapid transit system, valued at US$3 billion, will enhance public transportation in Santiago, reducing traffic congestion and improving air quality. The project is expected to be completed in 2

  • Túnel de Ayacucho in Peru: This 6.2-kilometer tunnel, with a budget of US$1 billion, will connect the city of Lima to the port of Callao, reducing travel times and improving logistics for goods transportation. The project is expected to be completed in 2025.
